Summary Agenda

This is why this event's topic is important: There is globally a growing aggressive strategy for combating climate change, with ever increasing renewable and distributed energy resources and a net-zero goal of 2050. In order to meet these goals, alongside rising usage, the electricity infrastructure requires significant investment. In order to meet renewable targets, the transmission grid must be substantially expanded to deliver the increased volume required. In today's event we will discuss technologies that can help both mid and long term in increasing capacity, efficiency, flexibility, and safety in transmission infrastructure.

This is why this technology is important: New age conductors like TS's are lighter weight, have greater ampacity, and smart grid features. These features can be installed on existing structures and increase efficiency, reduce line loss, and line sagging.

Who should join the audience? Are you interested in learning more about solutions for modernizing the transmission grid? Then this event is for you.
