DERMS

Distributed Energy Resources
About the topic
DERMS and DER management continue to be a few of the most hotly debated topics in the energy industry and have continuously been identified as a top priority by Darcy customers. Technology use cases and entangled terminologies like centralized, grid-edge, asset-centric, and a plethora of acronyms don’t make it any easier. In recent years (and likely in coming years), the market has experienced consolidation but, in the meanwhile, more and more vendors continue coming into play and new partnerships are being developed. In this Event, GE Vernova will discuss:
- Their view on the future of DER management and new DERMS capabilities
- Acquired innovators to speed up and further develop their DERMS offering, including Opus One and Greenbird
- Recently announced partnerships with industry-leading companies and innovators such as Itron, EnergyHub, and NODES, among others
