• network-integrated back-end that obtains dispatch signals from a DERMS platform, OpenADR, generation forecasts e.g. WattTime, or static peak/off-peak signals provided by the utility;
• Hardware-agnostic APIsthat connect to either vehicle telematics or networked EVSEs to collect data and actively control load, providing >90% customer coverage across the US;
• A mobile app for customers to enroll in DR or managed charging programs, connect their vehicle/charger, view their optimized charging schedule, receive messages and notifications from the utility, and track program savings/rebates/rewards;
• Complete utility oversight of data via a secure data portal that provides aggregated and customer-level views of charging data in real time, available for export/download; and
• Turnkey program implementation our dedicated, US-based customer support and marketing teams handle customer enrollment, troubleshooting/support, and calculation/administration of on-bill and off-bill customer incentives.

The business model is primarily B2B2C, through the following channels:

• Utilities: licensing our software to help utilities deliver managed charging programs;
• Energy retailers: help launch competitive EV customer propositions (e.g. bundled charger/software + financing, "free miles" and other rebates, EV charging subscriptions);
