The #thankyounorthface campaign started as a result of North Face’s refusal to fulfill an order for custom jackets for Innovex Downhole Solutions back in December 2020 - Here is the link to the original four-page letter written by the Innovex CEO, Adam Anderson, to the VF Corporation CEO, Steve Rendle (The North Face parent company).
