  • Aspen Creek Digital, a company that develops behind-the-meter data centers with new renewable power projects, raised $8m in Series A funding from Polychain, Galaxy Digital, Mana Ventures, Luxor Technologies, Gaingels, Copper River Energy Partners, and CMT Digital Ventures.
  • Caelux Corporation, a developer and provider of perovskite-based solar power solutions, raised $12m from Reliance New Energy Limited.
  • Carbon Ridge, a company that focuses on carbon capture solutions for maritime applications, raised $6m in Seed funding from Grantham Foundation, Crowley, Berge BUlk, Rusheen Capital Management, and Plug and Play Ventures.
  • Climate Club, a platform that helps companies to convert Net Zero plans into action, raised $6.5m in Seed funding from XYZ Venture Capital, Vestigo Ventures, Red Sea Ventures, and My Climate Journey Collective.
  • Datamaran, an automated solution for identifying and monitoring material ESG risks, raised $12.7m in Series B funding from Fortive and American Electric Power.
  • Enact Systems, a platform to manage solar and energy storage transition and track financial outcomes, raised $11.5m in Series A funding, from Energy Growth Momentum, Olympus Capital Holdings Asia, NB Ventures, Arka Venture Labs, and Alumni Ventures.
  • Enmacc, a European energy trading platform for power & gas markets, and renewable certificates, raised Series B funding from Alantra’s Energy Transition Fund, Piton Capital, Illuminate Ventures, Chevron Technology Ventures, Cherry Ventures, and 10x Group.
  • Exasun, a Glass-Glass solar roof with high efficiency and long life producer, raised $8.7m in funding from Wienerberger Ag, No Such Ventures, Invest-NL, ENERGIIQ, Dockpoint, and ABN AMRO Fund.
  • ExerGo, developed a tech that uses CO2 instead of water to supply energy services using low-temperature waste heat and renewable thermal energy, raised $3.2m in Seed funding from Baker Hughes, EREN Groupe, and existing investors.
  • FlexCharging, a B2B platform built for utilities and other load-serving entities, raised $5.9m in Seed funding from Accurant International.
  • Flyscan, a company that developed an airborne ultraviolet laser system that targets early detection of small liquid leaks in upstream and midstream assets, raised $3.5m in Seed funding from Hatch, BDC Capital, and Enbridge.
  • Hypermotive, an automotive engineering business providing low and zero-carbon technologies integration onto on and off-road vehicles, marine, rail, and aerospace applications, raised an undisclosed amount of funding from AP Ventures.
  • Kopperfield, an EV charger installation company, raised $5m in Seed funding from General Catalyst, Lachy Groom, Giant Ventures, MCJ Collective, Tobi Lutke, Kiran Bhatraju, and other angels.
  • Kumulus Water, a provider of Atmospheric Water Generator technology that is able to produce 20 to 30 liters of drinking water per day using solar power, raised $1m in Pre-seed funding from Wilco, Techstars Paris, Flat6Labs, and Bpifrance.

  • RenewCO2, a electrocatalytic carbon utilization technology developer, raised $2m in Seed funding from Energy Transition Ventures.
