Flaring has become a topic of such intense scrutiny by nearly all stakeholders that the practice regularly makes headlines on a weekly if not daily basis. Heightened focus on the practice has driven regulators, oil & gas organizations, environmental groups, and producers themselves to generate first-of-their-kind reports on flaring data, basin trends, operator leaders and laggards, and so forth. With regulatory policies and stakeholder pressures mounting to significantly curtail or preferably eliminate the practice, identifying and de-risking solutions enabling curtailment without affecting production have only increased in importance.

This Forum will feature technologies that offer innovative solutions that either reduce or eliminate the need to flare. The featured technologies will range in terms of maturity as the aforementioned heightened focus on flaring as a practice has driven the birth of creative solutions with beneficial use applications.
